Performance Standards
Having a great user experience as a buyer and seller is extremely importing to us. We want sellers to be able to showcase and use snagRC as one of their main sales avenues. And buyers need to have confidence in all sellers on snagRC. We are in the process of implementing seller performance standards. Buyer feedback, seller policies, percent of returns and adding tracking information will all play a part in the overall rating of a seller.
Seller Levels
We will assess sellers frequently based on sales history and the overall quality of service that they provide to buyers.
Based on their rating, sellers will be assigned to various seller levels. Please check back soon for more information.
Buyers
Buyers will also be reviewed on the basis of any or frequent complaints from seller.
