WHO WE ARE
Since our start in 1995, we have strived to offer quality merchandise at the best possible prices. We started our r/c line with pinion gears, brushed motors and ni-cd Sub C batteries. Since then, we have grown the r/c car side of our business into one of the best manufacturers of brushless motors and lipo batteries, wining both ROAR and Canadian National Championships along the way. In addition, customer service and on-time shipment of orders have always been a priority.
PAYMENT
Payments are done through PayPal. Please make sure your address matches your address on PayPal. NYS residents will be charged NYS Sales Tax. For international shipments, import duties and customs fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping costs.
SHIPPING
We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible. Some factors like weather, high postal traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our control and could cause some delays. All Orders ship within 1 business day of payment. A tracking number will be provide for every order.
RETURN
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund, when applicable. Contact us to obtain a return shipping address. All items must be in their original condition, sealed and unused. You must provide us with a return tracking number. A refund will be issued within 3 business days after receiving the item. In certain instances, we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost.
